Holtville has several beautiful parks within the city limits.
Holt Park is in the center of the town square. It boasts a large variety of trees which provides shade on those warm sunny days.
Mac Park is located in the east part of town. It is host to the Holtville Little League and also has a playground for recreation.
Ralph Samaha Park is located on the corner of Holt and Seventh Street. It is host to Babe Ruth, High School Jr. / Varsity Baseball Teams and to Soccer.
Alamo River Recreation Trail (under construction). The half mile trail provides opportunities for hikers, bikers, trail runners and equestrians to enjoy scenic views along the Alamo River.

Holtville Civic Center is available for public rental for your special occasions. A deposit of $100 is required at the time of reservation. The hourly fee is $40. Renters must provide liability insurance at the time of rental in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and property damage insurance in the amount of $50,000. The City of Holtville shall be named as additional insured on the general liability policy. Applications may be picked up during regular business hours.
Gene Layton Memorial Pool located next to Samaha Park is closed. This facility is available for rent. Insurance requirements are the same as the Civic Center. A deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of reservation. Please call for additional information during regular business hours.
For Swim Class Registrations, please submit completed form(s) and payment, in the form of cash or check, to City Hall during regular business hours. Classes fill up fast and spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
