Personnel
Responsible for the recruitment, testing, hiring, and support of the City of Holtville's workforce.
The Human Resources Department oversees the personnel functions of the City. Our mission is to work with City Departments to efficiently attract, retain, and develop a talented and diverse workforce that produces quality public services to City of Holtville residents.
